Therapy session

Please note that all fee schedules are in line with the NDIS price guide for Early Intervention at $190 per hour.

45-minute session: A standard therapy session consists of  45-minutes face-to-face therapy and 15 minutes of admin/prep time. 

60-minute session: If you would prefer a 60-minute face-to-face session you will still be billed the 15 minutes of admin/prep on top of the session.

Please speak to your Occupational Therapist regarding assessment and report writing times as these may vary depending on the complexity of the piece of work.

Cancellations

Please read this policy carefully. Booking an appointment with EP-OT means that you accept the terms and conditions of this policy.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your child’s appointment, 24-hours notice is required to avoid incurring a fee.

If you cancel your child's appointment without giving 24-hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the fee (travel charges will not be incurred).

If your occupational therapist arrives at your place of therapy and  your child is absent, 100% of the fee will be charged (travel charges will also be incurred). 

Billing

Please note that your occupational therapist will send an invoice to you or directly to your plan manager. All invoices must be paid within seven days of your appointment.

We are unable to accept cash payments at this time.

Travel

Travel is billed at a pro-rata rate, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.
